For sign-in problems, email verification, a physical-kit activation, or a TestFlight invitation, please include the email used for your Dick Pick account and your iPhone/iOS version. Do not send your password, full activation code, or payment details.

Performance issues

Tell us which routine or custom object you used, your app version, and the steps needed to reproduce the problem. Feedback can also be submitted through TestFlight during beta testing.
